Order
early for your sanity. We will not promise you the unrealistic,
as we see done on many sites. Items on the same order
may ship separately.
Orders needed for delivery before Christmas should
be placed before the December holiday delivery dates listed
on the individual item page. We will update these pages
often. Usual year round time frames of up to 4 wks. will
be pushed shorter, as possible, during this busy season.
Some lines of merchandise can be shipped for Dec. 21st delivery
when orders are received by Dec 10th to 15th. Check individual
pages or email us. Other lines (not many) can ship later
with expedited shipping at extra cost to you.
We
invite you to make a purchase and print item pictures
to give as
gift certificates and place your order to be delivered
asap, immediately following Christmas. If your order
is not needed
for Christmas, please note that in the cart message field.

If "your" team is not listed, it is may be available and
we can check for you. For personal assistance just send

reply by return email regarding the availability and price
of the item. We may have an image of whatever item you are
looking for we can send you or direct you to the page image
gallery for that item. Team colors and logos are what has
been officially approved and licensed by that team as uniquely
theirs.

Shopping
Cart Instructions: What is a shopping cart?
A shopping
cart is a program that keeps track of you when you enter
a store such as ours. The page you reach when you click
"add to cart". Is the view cart page, and is where you control
your purchases. It also has a button at the bottom that
lets you return to the page you came from. If this doesn't
work. Use your browser back button until you reach a page
with a "View Chart Button" on it. Our shopping cart will
forget your purchases after about 20 minutes if you are
not actively shopping. In order to make room for other shoppers
in the shopping cart. Just return to the store and start
over again.
Use "View
Your Shopping Cart" button to check on your purchases or
to "Check Out" with out making additional purchases.
To choose
more than one type of item under a team category. Just use
the BACK button on your browser to return to this page and
make your new selection.
Items must
be added to the shopping cart one at a time. You can visit
multiple stores and pages and we will keep track of your
purchases. You can change quantities of any item selected
on the shopping cart page.
All
fields need to be filled in for the payment process to complete.
You will be prompted about any missing information with
an error message. If your payment transaction is not completed,
you will get an error message and should consider your order
not in process.

send your credit card number and your billing and shipping

Headquarters.

be declined if all fields are not filled in and all information
is not complete and accurate. More security features are
added all the time by the payment authorization gateway.

transmit credit card numbers via e-mail.

Once
all the items you desire are viewable in your shopping cart,
click place order. You will be directed to supply shipping
and billing information. All invoice fields must be complete
for card billing information matching by your bank and authorization.
Ship to fields should contain the word same or shipping
information. You will get an error message if all field
do not contain information. Please enter your bill to information
carefully. The bank authorization will decline your transaction
for address information not matching. Security is tight.
You will receive a confirmation that your order has been
placed by email. Your email address and phone are very important.

your email receipt for your order and your charge. Your
customer ID is your order no. Please include your full name
and these items in all inquiries.
Although
we make every effort to have available all the items we
show on our web site, there may be times when we manufacturers
run out of stock faster than pages can be updated. We will
send out an e-mail notification of the stock outage, and
you will have the option of canceling the order at that
time, or waiting until the item is available.

If you need to order jewelry, etc. via the phone, first,
submit the information request form or email questions.

Please have the item name, item number, size and color ready
for each item you wish to order. You may
print (please print clearly on handwritten faxed or mailed
orders) and mail your order, fax your order to the fax no
or mailing address below. You may leave a message and we
will get back to you. Online ordering is the most efficient
and our first priority. Filters for spam phone calls
and faxes are in place. If all lines are busy or the phone
system sees your caller ID as unknown, it will transfer
to the message line. Unfortunately, spam to phone lines
and fax lines is taking up your time in reaching us. Spammers
show up as out of area, private, or not provided, as their
phone no. (caller ID). The system will auto route these
to the message line. Occasionally, cell numbers show up
as out of area, etc. and are routed the same way.

Most items cannot be shipped express
or 2nd day. Items will ship
from different warehouses of team/league license owners.
Orders
placed with us are sent via the most economical method for
you.
Express
delivery is sent via UPS Second Day Air (seldom possible)
and is subject to a higher charge. (For US Customers in
the contiguous 48 states) Sorry, but UPS Second Day Air
does not offer Saturday or Sunday deliveries. We cannot
be responsible for delays in shipping caused by UPS or their
policies. For Alaska and Hawaii customers, you will be e-mailed
with the amount of your shipping charge. These orders are

Most
items require 2 to 4 weeks to be delivered to your door.
If at all possible and usually on some items, your order
will ship sooner, BUT YOU SHOULD PLAN FOR 30 DAYS. ALWAYS
allow 4 weeks for room/bedding ensembles Many items are
sewn especially for you as ordered. Your order may ship
in whole or part. Some things will ship separately. Similar
items usually ship together. If something is not available
we make every effort to let you know immediately following
receipt of your order.
If
you are purchasing a gift of room decor, you may want to
take advantage of our festive gift certificate when you
will not receive your room decor in time for the special
occasion. We will send the lucky recipient a festive shadow
box picturing their new room decor that is on the way. try
it!! you'll love it!!
We
may choose to partial ship an item and backorder the remainder
of any item ordered and ship that item at a later date at
no cost to the customer. It's possible that some items may
be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks
due to color, style, size, manufacturer and mill delays
or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified
if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
We will strive to let you know if something is backordered.

and out of stock items may take longer. In addition, please
allow up to 6 business days from the day your order has
been shipped for UPS Ground Deliveries to be delivered.
Large orders, items which are oversized may incur additional
shipping costs. Not all items are available for U.S. Mail
shipping. UPS, USPS, or FedEx is used as appropriate. Sorry,
APO addresses have become a problem and we can no longer
ship to them or process international payments or orders.
Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges.
